BBC: Punam started her career in the media as a Radio Breakfast show host for BBC WM, in her hometown of Birmingham in the UK. She then went on to become a BBC News Journalist.

TV: Whilst at the BBC she was approached by Dubai One TV to host and write their first English TV show called OUT & ABOUT, which was the longest running English show on the channel. Show interviewed stars such as Kim Kardashian, Lewis Hamilton to Shahrukh Khan, and travelled the world featuring places such as the Maldives, Hong Kong, the Seychelles, as well as local stories in the UAE.

SOCIAL MEDIA: Punam is also the creator and host of her own online wellness and travel show called Soul Traveller.

RADIO: Punam is a freelance producer and host On Dubai Eye Radio 103.8fm.

MUSIC: Punam pursued a music career as singer songwriter from the age of 13. Her biggest live performance was in front of a crowd of 70,000 people on New Year’s Eve in the UK.

MOVIES: Punam is releasing her second film in October 2025, which is a health documentary on the menopause, but with a twist.

Her first film In 2012 premiered at The Dubai International Film Festival as one of the finalists under the Muhr award category.
